ORDERING: Orders may be placed via phone, fax or e-mail at our on-line store. If ordering via fax, please include the following: credit card number and expiration date; credit card billing address; daytime phone number; the shipping address (no Post Office boxes); and part number(s) and description(s) of part(s) ordered. On-line orders and phone orders require the same information.

PRICING: All prices are denoted in U.S. Dollars and may change without prior notice. First Place Auto Products reserves the right to revise pricing at any time prior to accepting an order.

PAYMENT & BILLING: Visa, Master Card, and American Express cards are accepted. Credit cards are charged at time of merchandise dispatch.

TRANSPORTATION and INSURANCE COSTS: Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are sent via UPS Ground from Canton, OH, USA, and fully insured. Transportation costs, carrier extra handling charges (when required), and insurance are billed at UPS Ground published rates.

MINIMUM ORDER: Orders under $50 are charged a $3 administrative fee.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Orders outside the U.S. are charged a $10 administrative fee.

OHIO RESIDENTS: Orders within the state of Ohio are charged State Sales tax at the prevailing rate.

BACK ORDERS: First Place Auto Products will hold a back order for 30 days. If the merchandise does not become available within that time the order will be canceled.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: First Place Auto Products guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it-in its original state and with a copy of the invoice-within 60 days from the invoice date for full refund. Transportation and insurance charges will not be refunded unless the material is defective or the issue is due to First Place Auto Products' error.

MATERIAL GUARANTEE: First Place Auto Products guarantees all products it sells or manufactures to be free of material defects for one year from the invoice date.

RETURNS: Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained. You may request this number via phone, fax, or e-mail along with a statement of the reason for return.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: This is the responsibility of the carrier and First Place Auto Products recommends that obviously damaged shipments be declined upon receipt. The merchandise will be returned to First Place Auto Products and First Place Auto Products will immediately send you a replacement shipment. However, if you do accept delivery of a damaged package, contact the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Do not return the package to First Place Auto Products as any ability to make a damage claim with the carrier will be lost.

PRODUCT LIABILITY: First Place Auto Products is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from use or misuse of any product that First Place Auto Products manufactures or sells.
